A device IP address is crucial in BAS-IP infrastructure as with its help you can access the device web interface. To configure the device remotely (through the web interface), you must connect to it (enter its IP address) via the Internet browser on your PC. The device and PC from which you plan to access the device must be connected to the same network segment.

To find your device within the network and check its IP address you can with the help of the Remote Upgrade Tool software. Detailed installation guide you can find here.
After searching devices within the network, you will receive a list with results.
In the list, you can see device logical (ID), IP, and MAC addresses. To refresh the list, click Search.

If you are connecting multiple new devices out-of-the-box to your network, you are at risk of IP address conflicts. If you have 2 identical IP addresses in the network, you can not access the web interface. So, we recommend that you connect devices to the network one by one and change the default IP address in the Network settings tab.
So, in such a way, you can find the necessary device IP address. Then in the Internet browser, enter the device IP address into the address input line and you will get access to the web interface.
For AV-07T or AV-07B panels, you must use AV-07 Device manager. Click Scan for the devices search. When the panels are connected for the first, they need to get an IP address via DHCP. So, you need to connect them to the router, which DHCP server option, and then you can set a static IP address.

After the address setting, enter the device IP address into the address input line of the Internet browser and you will get access to the web interface.
