In the BAS-IP Link system, logging in is a straightforward process that grants access to your account and system features. Below are the steps to successfully log in and ensure secure access.

Users with accounts created, can authorize at their corresponding regional Link Cloud server:

To log in, do the following:

Open your Link Cloud server and go to the login page
Type in the required data:
account email registered with the server;
account password.
Press Enter to confirm data and open the server.
Password change / password recovery
Passwords can be changed individually by any user account type from the profile page, using the Password Change button. Enter the old password and then the new password, and confirm it.
If you forgot your password, you can reset it at the login page:
Click Forgot password? and type your email address. You will be sent a link to reset using either of two options:
by following the link from the letter and setting a password via the Link web version.
by entering the recovery code from the letter in the Link app.

Open the Login page on the selected server.
Enter your email and password in the appropriate fields.
If desired, enable the "Remember me" option to stay logged in on the current device.
Click Sign In to access your account.

Password Recovery
If you forget your password, the BAS-IP Link system provides an easy way to reset it and regain access to your account.
Steps for Password Recovery:
On the Login page, click the "Forgot password?" link.

Enter your registered email address in the password recovery form.
Click the Recovery button to initiate the process.

Check your email for a message titled "Password Recovery".
Follow the instructions in the email:
Click the provided link to reset your password.
Alternatively, use the code in the email to reset your password in the Link App.

Creating a New Password
After following the link from the email, you will be redirected to the Password Reset form.
Enter your new password in the appropriate field.
Confirm the password by entering it again.
Click the Save button to finalize the password change.
