In this section, you have access to the following data: 

  • device serial number;
  • reader current firmware version;
  • installer code to access device settings (by default it is 123456 or 000000).

If the installer code is lost, contact BAS-IP technical support (support@bas-ip.com) to restore it:

  1. Power down a panel.
  2. Short the green and white wires (on the panel backside) that come from the reader.
  3. Power up the panel.
  4. Open the UKEY config app and connect to the reader without the installer code. 
  5. Go to the device settings and enter new installer code. 
  6. Save and apply new settings. 
  7. Power down the panel.
  8. Open the green and white wires.
