Only calls made via virtual numbers are displayed in Call history. Direct panel-to-panel calls or concierge calls without a virtual number won’t appear here.
Call history is stored indefinitely unless manually deleted by the BAS-IP team during server maintenance.
Yes. Click the ︙ three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the table and select Show/hide columns to configure your preferred view.
Talk duration shows the time between call pick-up and call end. If the call wasn’t answered, this value will be zero.
