Forward
Calling Logic Between the Panel and Monitors
To make a call between the entrance panel and an indoor video entry phone (monitor) by pressing the button of the required apartment or entering its number, the panel and the monitor must have the same building and unit values in the apartment settings.
For monitors, you must also specify the corresponding floor, apartment, and device number.
Forward queues can be used to redirect calls to IP addresses, SIP numbers, or alarm.com destinations.
During a call, the entrance panel searches for indoor monitors and processes forwarding rules simultaneously. Calls can now be delivered both to local indoor monitors and to destinations configured in the forwarding queue.
If forwarding destinations are configured, their execution no longer depends on whether a local indoor monitor is available.
Forward Settings
Two forwarding modes are available:
all at once
The call is made to all numbers in the queue simultaneously.
one by one
The call is made to the numbers sequentially with a 20-second delay for each attempt.
Forwarding works correctly whether the queue contains P2P numbers, SIP numbers, or a mix of both.
If a call to a monitor is manually rejected on the monitor, the entire call sequence stops. The panel does not proceed to the next numbers in the forwarding queue.
Calls may be delivered simultaneously to multiple recipients depending on the forwarding configuration.

How to Make a New Forward Queue
1. Log in to the panel
Log in to the entrance panel web interface using the admin username and the password you created when first setting up the device or after a factory reset.
2. Open the Forward tab
Navigate to Forward β New Forward.
3. Enter the Apartment Number
The apartment number consists of two values combined:
floor number
apartment number
Examples:
223 β apartment 23 on the 2nd floor
101 β apartment 01 on floor 01
(a leading zero may be omitted when entering)
If you want to create forwarding for apartment 50 on the 10th floor, the correct entry is:
β 1050
This number is used when entering the apartment on the panel: once entered, the corresponding forwarding queue will work.
4. Enter Forward Number(s)
You can enter up to 8 numbers in one forwarding queue.
Calls may be forwarded via:
P2P (direct SIP)
SIP server registration
alarm.com integration using the adc: prefix
P2P Formats
Two formats are available:
Where:
1 β the caller ID displayed on the calleeβs device
192.168.1.65 β IP address of the SIP client (softphone or device)
sip:192.168.1.65
Where:
192.168.1.65 β IP address of the SIP client
Format for SP-02 handset:
sip:192.168.1.99
Β
SIP Server Format
Full format:
sip:5588@us.sip.bas-ip.com
Where:
5588 β callee SIP number
us.sip.bas-ip.com β SIP server domain or IP address
Short format:
5588
(βsip:β and server address are optional if the server is already set in SIP account settings).
Β
Alarm.com Format
adc:1001
Where:
1001 β destination number in the alarm.com integration.
The adc: direction works within the existing forwarding logic and does not require a separate routing scheme.
Existing forwarding modes and routing scenarios continue to work without changes to the configuration principles.
β For complete alarm.com integration setup instructions, refer to: Integration with alarm.com.
Using SIP accounts in forwarding rules:
If 2 SIP accounts are configured on the panel:
Calls via the first account require only a SIP number (e.g. 5588);
Calls via the second account require a full SIP address in the format:
sip:number@server_domain_or_ip.
If forwarding includes numbers from different SIP servers:
Use One by one mode;
All at once mode is not supported in this case.
Flexible routing between SIP accounts for a single apartment is not supported.
Save the forward queue by clicking Confirm.
Forwarding will work correctly even if the queue contains both P2P and SIP numbers.
