Using this menu, you can configure the application functioning.
SIP accountsÂ
In the section, you can run the assistant to add a new number or open added number/s settings.Â
The sequence and availability of some parameters depend on your device operating system (IOS or Android).
By pressing the SIP number from the list of added, you open the menu with primary and advanced account settings.
From the main section, you can configure the following:Â
username: virtual SIP number or user login;
auth user ID: authentication login for the registration server (not used for BAS-IP equipment);Â Â
password for indicated virtual number;
domain: SIP server address (can be represented by an IP address or a domain name). For example, gb.sip.bas-ip.com or sip.bas-ip.com
display name that will be displayed during outgoing calls from this account;
country of residence. For correct app functioning, it is important that the SIP server where your account is registered matches the country specified in the application. For example, you registered with gb.sip.bas-ip.com, so in the app, you must select the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. A list of SIP servers for each country is here.Â
Settings for correct call operation
If you use SIP numbers registered with the sip.bas-ip.com server address (for example, sip:57392@sip.bas-ip.com), you must select Custom Domain in the country field.
If you use SIP numbers registered with a server corresponding to your country (for example, sip:57312@us.sip.bas-ip.com), in the country field, you must select the country with which server you are registered (for the number sip:57312@us.sip.bas-ip.com it is the United States of America).
Residents of apartments and residential complexes need to contact the management company to obtain information about the server address they use.
In the advanced settings, you can:
select transport type: UDP, TCP, or TLS;
enable/disable ICE: feature of building a short path in an extensive devices network to optimize call transfer;
enter STUN/TURN server address;
enter the Proxy server address;
enable/disable the Outbound proxy: feature of transfer all calls through a proxy server;
set the Expiration time (in sec) after which your account will be automatically re-registered;
set the Prefix/Country code prefix: substitution of numbers for incoming calls so that the app can correctly display the Caller-ID and make callbacks.
enable/disable AVFP: mode of additional transmission of RTCP feedback packets to the server;Â
set AVFP regular RTSP interval in seconds (between 1 and 5 sec) after which RTCP packets will be sent to the server;
enable/disable replacing + with 00 in number during outgoing calls;Â
disable configurable virtual number;Â
set using the configurable number as a default;
delete the configurable virtual number from the app;Â Â Â
Settings/PreferencesÂ
In the Settings section, you can access the audio, video, call, network, and several additional configuration parameters.
From the main settings page, IOS users can enable/disable video streaming (for Android users, this option is available in the Video tab).
