SIP аccount usage 

The Use SIP account button is used for manual SIP number registration in the app. Detailed instructions on how to add a SIP number are here. 

Fetching of remote configuration

 The remote configuration option is useful for automatic SIP number registration in the app. Instructions on how to use the feature are here.

QR Scanning 

The QR code scanning is used for adding purchased BAS-IP device to the server and receiving five virtual numbers. To do this, you need to scan the QR code from your SIP server account, and the QR code from the device backside or its box. More details are here.
