Why can’t I assign a profile to a user?
Users with permission to manage users — such as Server administrators and Group administrators — can assign roles.
If the Profiles dropdown is empty or greyed out, your current profile doesn’t have permission to manage users or assign roles.
Check the profile’s Available profiles list to see which roles it can assign.
To expand permissions, ask your administrator to update your role settings or create a custom role that includes user management rights.
