How to view call history and missed calls?

🧩 Which calls are included in Call history?

Only calls made via virtual numbers are displayed in the Call history. Peer-to-peer (P2P) calls and direct concierge calls that don’t go through a virtual number won’t appear in the list.
The history also includes forwarded calls — including redirections to GSM numbers via SIP trunks — along with their statuses.

🎚️ Can I customize which columns are shown in the call history table?

Yes. Use the ︙ menu above the table and click Show/hide columns to choose which fields to display.

⏱️ What’s the difference between Duration and Talk duration?

Duration shows the total time from when the call started to when it ended — including ringing.
Talk duration shows only the time from when the call was answered to when it ended. If the call wasn’t answered, Talk duration will be zero.
