How to check which roles a user can manage?

Go to User management → Profiles, click the relevant profile, and scroll to the User section.
Review the list of permissions — such as View users, Create users, or Delete users — to check whether this profile allows managing other accounts within the same object.

To see which roles can be assigned by this profile, check the Available profiles section. This defines which roles can be assigned by this profile when creating or editing accounts — such as User, Concierge, or Group administrator.

Speed up role setup — duplicate and edit existing ones. Use the ⧉ Copy button in the profile list to clone and adjust a role.
