How to resend all configuration to the device?
If the device didn’t apply the expected settings such as SIP, forwarding or identifiers, there are two ways to resend them from the server:
❶ Synchronize device data
Go to Device management → Devices, find your device and click the Synchronize device data button on the right side of the device row. This action will:
delete all current tasks for the device;
create new tasks to upload:
identifiers and schedules — for panels and elevator modules;
SIP settings and call forwarding queues — for panels and monitors;
logical address — for panels and monitors;
face recognition settings — if enabled in the device card;
elevator configuration —
device/settingsanddevice/floor/map.
❷ Reinit device
Use reinit device after a factory reset or if the device is fully out of sync to restore its configuration and synchronize with the server. This will trigger a full reinitialization, including:
deleting all existing tasks;
creating all the same configuration tasks as above.
🔁 Restart device queue
Go to Device management → Devices and click the Restart device queue button to retry only failed tasks (status: Error).
This does not delete or create new tasks — useful for small sync issues.
Good to know:
After sync or reinit, check the Identifiers tab in Access management to make sure data is applied.
Monitor task progress in the Queue tasks tab.
Prefer Reinit after a factory reset or full reconfiguration.
