How to configure a simultaneous call from a panel to 2 concierge terminals via P2P?

You can configure calls to 2 concierge terminals when someone presses the concierge button at a panel. To do it, you need to have access to the web interface of concierge terminals and panel and complete the following steps:

  1. Open the web interface of the concierge terminal. By default, the username is admin, and the password is 123456.

  2. At the Intercom tab, find part Address Settings.

  3. Indicate the device number as 2. There should be no devices with 0 and 1 numbers for correct functioning.

  4. Click Submit to save information.

  5. Repeat the previous steps for the 2nd terminal and mark the device number as 3.

  6. Open the web interface of the entrance panel.

  7. In the Forward tab, find the Forward queues section.

  8. Click New Forward.

  9. Enter 10001 for the Apartment number.

  10. Provide the 1st number for forwarding in format sip:terminal IP address, e.g. sip:192.168.1.110.   

  11. Click Add and enter the 2nd number for forwarding in format sip:terminal IP address, e.g. sip:192.168.1.111. 

  12. Click Confirm to save this forward.
