Integration with Zennio

 

This integration enables SIP video calls between BAS-IP entrance panels and Zennio Z-series touchscreens. Calls work via SIP P2P, which means devices can call each other directly within the same local network, without deploying a SIP server. The integration supports both audio and video transmission.

 

How to set up a BAS-IP entrance panel for calls to a Zennio touchscreen:

  1. Configure the logical address of the BAS-IP entrance panel.

  2. Open the forwarding settings.

  3. Enter the apartment number in the Apartment number field.

  4. Enter the SIP URI of the Zennio touchscreen in the Forward number field using one of the following formats:

    • sip:IP_address

    • sip:any_value@IP_address

  5. Use the local IP address of the Zennio touchscreen as IP_address.
    Example: sip:192.168.0.25

  6. Save the settings.

How to configure a Zennio touchscreen to call a BAS-IP entrance panel:

  1. Open the Zennio touchscreen web interface.

  2. Go to General → VoIP Calls → Video Intercom.

  3. Create a new profile.

  4. Enter a profile name in the Name field.

  5. Select Custom in the Profile field.

  6. Enable the Unit with camera option.

  7. Enter the BAS-IP entrance panel logical address in the Outdoor Unit ID field.

  8. Use the following logical address format:

    • For individual panels: device_number + building + unit + floor + apartment;

    • For multi-apartment panels: device_number + building + unit.

  9. Verify the logical address format using the following example:
    50012010045

  10. Enter the local IP address of the BAS-IP entrance panel in the IP address field.

  11. Select SIP in the Incoming Call Preview Settings section.

  12. Select Auto-answer in the Camera visualisation settings section.

  13. Select Screenshot in the Call log snapshot settings section.

  14. Save the profile settings.
