Device alarms

Use this tab to manage and filter device alerts. It’s useful for administrators who need to track and control device-related emergencies, ensuring timely responses:

1. Go to the Device alarms tab in the Emergency section.

2. Click + ADD FILTER in the top right corner to customize the filter.

3. Use the following filters to find relevant alerts:

   • Created at: the date and time the alert was created;

   • Device: the specific device that triggered the alert;

   • Group: the group to which the device belongs;

   • Status: active or resolved alerts;

   • Is processed: whether the alert has been processed.
