How to check which roles a user can manage?
Go to User management → Profiles, click the relevant profile, and scroll to the User section. There, review the list of permissions — such as View users, Create users, or Delete users — to see if this profile allows managing other accounts.
If no available profiles are selected, users assigned to this role won’t be able to create or manage any accounts.
To see which roles can be assigned by this profile, check the Available profiles section. This controls which roles the user can apply when creating or editing other accounts — such as User, Concierge, or Guest.
Speed up role setup — duplicate and edit existing ones. Use the ⧉ Copy button in the profile list.
