The process of registration on the SaaS Link Cloud server depends on the user profile.
The distributors (company administrators) first need to be created on the server by the support managers, and then sent the invitation.
The dealers (site administrators) and end users can register via the invitation (individual invite or mass-generated invite links) or self-registration.
The concierges are invited for the concierge role by the site administrators.
Company administrator self-registration
The company administrator must use the web interface for the registration and complete the following steps:
The server administrator must create a new user in the server web interface and sends a confirmation email to you.
After receiving the invitation, follow the link in the email.
The form that appear will have the email provided by the user earlier and it can be edited, or a new address must be added. if not specified earlier. The email is required to send the verification code.
Create and confirm a password (if you use the email provided earlier, no need to add the password).
Press Enter. You will join the server as the company admin for the group you were added to earlier.
On first entry, the pop-up will appear including the QR-links to the mobile apps.
Site administrator self-registration
To be able to register as the site administrator. the server administration must enable the option when setting up the company.
To self-register as the site administrator, do the following:

Self-registration
Initially, you can register your profile as either a dealer or a private user.
To self-register, do the following.
Go to your Link Cloud server and click Register in the login screen
Pick your user type from the dropdown menu: Dealer/installer or Private user
Provide your full name
Provide the name of the object; According to this name, the group will be created and the user will be made as its administrator
