Registration

Let’s go through the self-registration process and see how a new account is integrated into the system with clear links to the appropriate organization or project. Later, inviting other users — such as dealers, distributors, or end-users — may be required.

Regions

Users can select one of several server regions for optimal performance. The choice of server depends on the user's geographic location and affects connection speed and stability:

To start the registration process, select the server corresponding to your region and follow the provided link.

 

Dealers

Registration allows users to create an account on the platform without the need for an invitation. During registration, the user selects a regional server, completes a form, and gains access to their project. This method is suitable for dealers, installers, and private clients, enabling them to start working immediately.

  1. Go to the required server.

  2. In the opened window, select the Registration block at the bottom of the screen.

  1. Select the user type from the dropdown menu Dealer/Installe.

  2. Enter your full name.

  3. Specify the name of the site. Based on this name, a group will be automatically created, and you will become its administrator:

Dealers should use the actual name of their company to help Support identify the organization more easily.

  1. Enter a valid email address.

  2. Create and confirm a password.

  3. Accept the terms & conditions.

Before clicking Next, ensure that all entered information (name, email, object name) is correct. Errors at this stage may result in issues with account access or identification.

  1. Review the entered data and click Next to proceed to email confirmation.

  1. Check your email and find the confirmation message. To complete the registration, enter the code from the email into the appropriate field.

  2. Click Apply to finalize the registration.

You can also confirm your registration by clicking the link in the email or scanning the QR code to access your new profile through the Link mobile app.

 

Private clients

The same self-registration flow applies to private clients, with a few clarifications:

  1. On the server registration screen, select the user type Private client.

  2. Enter the name of their housing complex or building.

Private clients should use the name of their housing complex or the administrative/business entity that will be using the system.

  1. The rest of the steps (email, password, confirmation) follow the same process as described for dealers.

This method allows private clients to immediately begin using the system as administrators of their own group.

 

Distributors

Registering as a distributor in the BAS-IP Link Cloud system involves two steps: initial registration as a dealer and subsequent role modification through the sales department. This ensures proper account setup and integration of the distributor into the workflow.

  1. After registering as a dealer, inform your BAS-IP sales manager about your intention to become a distributor.

  2. Provide the manager with the following information:

    • The email used during registration.

    • The company name and a short description of its role (e.g., official distributor, residential developer, or system integrator).

Once the request is processed, the role will be updated within one business day.

 

After that, the distributor can register partners and residents.
