On the right side of each reservation entry, there are two icons:

  • Key icon image-20241021-140635.png : This is used to manage access to the amenity for the reservation opens the Edit identifier page, where you can modify the identifier settings for the reservation. This includes adjusting the QR-code, validity period, access restrictions, and other details related to the access control for the selected amenity.

  • Pencil iconimage-20241021-140547.png : This allows you to edit opens the Edit amenity reservation page, where you can modify the reservation details, such as modifying the number of attendees or adjusting the reservation time. This includes changing the date, number of persons, and the time slot of the reservation. You can also cancel the reservation from this page.

  1. Save Options:

  • You can save filtered views or the current state of the reservation table by clicking the Save As button. This helps create customized views for easier access in the future.
