If only one zone is available to a user, the door opening and lift call are automatic when the user identifier is used. The user sees elevator No. that is ready for use and can go to the available floor. If several zones are available to a user, after opening the door they see available for them floor/s, select the necessary one, and see elevator No. that is ready for use.

Automatic elevator call
If a user has access to only one elevator zone, the panel automatically calls the elevator after door unlocking — without requiring the user to select a floor.

This behavior applies when KONE integration is enabled and does not require separate configuration. Available from firmware v3.25.0+.
