Only calls made via virtual numbers using SIP through the server are shown in the Call history. Peer-to-peer (P2P) calls and direct concierge calls that don’t go through a virtual number bypass virtual numbers won’t appear in the list.
The history also includes forwarded calls — including redirections to GSM numbers via SIP trunks — along with their statuses.
