🧩 Which calls are included in Call history?
Only calls made via virtual numbers are shown in the Call history. Peer-to-peer (P2P) calls and direct concierge calls that bypass virtual numbers won’t appear in the list.
The history also includes forwarded calls — including redirections to GSM numbers via SIP trunks — along with their statuses.
🎚️ Can I customize which columns are shown in the call history table?
Yes. Click the ︙ three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the table and select Show/hide columns to configure your preferred view.
💡 What does Talk duration mean?
Talk duration shows the time between call pick-up and call end. If the call wasn’t answered, this value will be zero.
