The validity period of a license is composed of an active period + an ending period. A license is in the active period up until the ending period begins. You can set the length of the ending period for licenses in the settings for a group; for more information, see Groups. |
In the "Valid from" and "Valid until" sections, set the conditions for the license's start and end dates:
Equal — the selected date must exactly match the start or end date,
Lower or equal — the start/end date must be earlier than or equal to the selected date,
Greater or equal — the start/end date must be later than or equal to the selected date.
In the "Last notified at" field, specify the last notification date if needed.

Report License validity period

The Report section displays data based on the previously defined parameters. The Group ID column shows the unique identifier of the group, Group administrator lists the administrator (if any), Group name shows the group's name, and Group type indicates the type (e.g., "Custom").
The License validity period column displays the validity period of the license for each group. The Status column shows whether the group is active or disabled, and the Last notified at column provides the last time notifications were sent for the group.
