To save contacts before factory resetting or updating the software, you can export the contact list.
After setting up the monitor, the exported file can be uploaded into the monitor memory to access already-created contacts.
To export, you must click the Download button and a file with contact data will be saved to your computer.
To import, choose the previously downloaded file (must have a .zip extension) and click the Confirm button.
