Forward Settings
Multi-button MD panels forward calls only based on button presses.
Forwarding is the primary and only call routing mechanism.
Two forwarding modes are available:
all at once — calls all numbers simultaneously
one by one — calls numbers sequentially with a 20-second delay
Forwarding supports P2P, SIP, or mixed queues.
Starting from version 3.11.4, the panel first attempts to call the monitor via multicast. If the call is not answered or is canceled, the panel switches to the forwarding queue and continues calling the configured numbers sequentially.
How to Make a New Forward Queue
Log in to the panel as admin.
Open Forward → New Forward.
Select the call button for which the queue will be created.
Enter forward numbers (up to 8): P2P or SIP.
Click Confirm to save.
