BME-03 and BME-04 reades

BAS-IP panels with B letter in the name (e.g., AA-07FB, AA-14FBC) have built-in readers. After August 2023 we updated the reader version, so the BME-04 model is used instead of BME-03. They are both internal contactless readers for cards, key fobs, and UKEY identifiers and are intended as one of the panels components. BME-04 offers more parameters and identifier formats support.
