The Bookings feature allows you to reserve various rooms directly from your phone. You can select available time slots, manage reservations, and control access using QR codes. The intuitive interface ensures quick creation, viewing, and modification of bookings.
Add booking
Go to the Bookings section on the bottom panel.
Click on Add booking to create a new booking.
On the next page, you will see a list of available rooms for booking. Select the room you want to book.
After selecting the room, you will be taken to a page where you can see its details, including the name, capacity, working days, and hours. Review the information and click Book to proceed.
On the next screen, enter the number of people, select the date, and choose an available time slot for the booking.
Click Confirm once you have entered all the necessary information.

After confirming the booking, you will be redirected to the Bookings page, where you can see your active bookings as well as past (archived) bookings.
To view the details of your active booking, click on it. Here you can see the QR code for access and share it with guests or others.
To cancel the booking, click Cancel and confirm the cancellation by selecting Yes in the popup window.
