This section allows you to generate reports on usage of various resources.

License usage per group

This report allows to see the amount of licenses used by each group during a particular period.

To generate this report, set the following filters:

  1. In the "Choose matching" field, select one of the options:

    • match all — all conditions must match.

    • match any — at least one condition must match.

  2. In the "Groups" section, select one or more groups for which you want to generate the report.

  3. Select an administrator for the chosen group in the "Group administrators" section.

  4. In the "Group types" section, choose the appropriate type: Building, Unit, Floor, Apartment, or Custom.

  5. Set the time period for the report in the "Pick an interval" section. You can choose from predefined ranges such as current month, last month, half a year, or manually enter dates in the "From" and "To" fields.

  6. In the "License types" section, select the license types you want to generate data for, such as Virtual numbers, Mobile app clients, or UKEY2.

After setting all the filters, click "Refresh data" to generate the report. To save the report in CSV format, click "Download".

License validity period

This report shows the valid licenses, those that are active and those whose validity period is ending, as well as the disabled licenses.

To generate this report, set the following filters:

  1. In the "Choose matching" field, select one of the options:

    • match all — all conditions must match,

    • match any — at least one condition must match.

  2. In the "Groups" section, select one or more groups for which you want to generate the report.

  3. Select an administrator for the chosen group using the "Pick Group Administrator" button.

  4. In the "Group types" section, choose the appropriate grouping type (e.g., Building, Unit, Floor, Apartment, or Custom).

  5. In the "Status" field, select the status:

    • Active — the license is active,

    • Ending — the license is nearing expiration,

    • Disabled — the license is disabled.

The validity period of a license is composed of an active period + an ending period. A license is in the active period up until the ending period begins. You can set the length of the ending period for licenses in the settings for a group; for more information, see Groups.

  1. In the "Valid from" and "Valid until" sections, set the conditions for the license's start and end dates:

    • Equal — the selected date must exactly match the start or end date,

    • Lower or equal — the start/end date must be earlier than or equal to the selected date,

    • Greater or equal — the start/end date must be later than or equal to the selected date.

  2. In the "Last notified at" field, specify the last notification date if needed.

You can set the notification e-mail to be sent when the license is ending, and when it has ended. The settings for this is specified when editing the groups. For more information, see Groups.

After you set the filters, click refresh data to generate the report. Click download to save the report in the CSV format.
