The registration on the SaaS server depends on the user profile.
The distributors (company administrators) first need to be created on the server by the support managers, and then sent the invitation.
The dealers (site administrators) and end users can register via the invitation (individual invite or mass-generated invite links) or self-registration.
The concierges are invited for the concierge role by the site administrators.
Company administrator self-registration
The company administrator must use the web interface for the registration and complete the following steps:
The server administrator must create a new user in the server web interface and sends a confirmation email to you.
After receiving the invitation, follow the link in the email.
The form that appear will have the email provided by the user earlier and it can be edited, or a new address must be added. if not specified earlier. The email is required to send the verification code.
Create and confirm a password (if you use the email provided earlier, no need to add the password).
Press Enter. You will join the server as the company admin for the group you were added to earlier.
On first entry, the pop-up will appear including the QR-links to the mobile apps.
Site administrator self-registration
To be able to register as the site administrator. the server administration must enable the option when setting up the company.
To self-register as the site administrator, do the following:
Open the registration form on the BAS-IP site
Pick the site administrator from the type of registration dropdown menu
Provide the organization name that will also serve as the name of the site administrator’s group
Specify the email address, create and confirm the password and agree to the terms & conditions
The confirmation email will be sent to you. You need to confirm the registration either following the link in the email or pasting the confirmation code from the email into the registration form
On first entry, the pop-up will appear including the QR-links to the mobile apps.
User self-registration
To be able to register as the user the server administration must enable the option when setting up the company.
To self-register as the user, do the following:

Selecting a Server Region
Users can select one of several server regions for optimal performance. The choice of server depends on the user's geographic location and affects connection speed and stability.
Europe: eu.bas-ip.link
United States: usa.bas-ip.link
Asia: as.bas-ip.link
To start the registration process, select the server corresponding to your region and follow the provided link.
Self-Registration Process
Self-registration allows users to create an account on the platform without the need for an invitation. During registration, the user selects a regional server, completes a form, and gains access to their project. This method is suitable for dealers, installers, and private users, enabling them to start working immediately.
Go to the required server.
In the opened window, select the Registration block at the bottom of the screen.

Select the user type from the dropdown menu: "Dealer/Installer" or "Private User".
Enter your full name.
Specify the name of the object. Based on this name, a group will be automatically created, and you will become its administrator:
Dealers should use their company’s actual name to make it easier to identify their businesses by server administrators and support. Private users should use the name of their housing complex. administrative or business entities that will use the system.
Enter a valid email address.
Create and confirm a password.
Accept the terms & conditions.

Review the entered data and click Next to proceed to email confirmation.

Distributor Registration Process
Registering as a distributor in the BAS-IP Link Cloud system involves two steps: initial registration as a dealer and subsequent role modification through the sales department. This ensures proper account setup and integration of the distributor into the workflow.
After registering as a dealer, inform your BAS-IP sales manager about your intention to become a distributor.
Provide the manager with the following information:
The email used during registration.
A brief description of your company.
The manager will review the provided details and forward the request to an engineer to update your role.
Once the request is processed, you will receive confirmation of the completed process from your manager.
Registration via invitation
Administrators in the BAS-IP Link Cloud system, such as distributors, dealers, and installers, can invite users by creating accounts for them and assigning appropriate roles. How a Distributor Can Register a Dealer

Add a user photo if necessary.

Enter the user email to send the registration link.
Enter user phone number if necessary.
If required, select a marker for the user.
If necessary, enter the user address.
Add a user (with the help of the search button) to a corresponding groupor create a new one for this user (with the help of the plus icon).
Select (with the help of the search button) from already added or create access restrictions. After clicking the plus icon you will be redirected to the corresponding tab where it is possible to create restrictions.
Select (with the help of the search button) the identifier/s available for the user.
Be sure that the Send registration invitation option is enabled.
Click the Save button in the right low corner when all necessary data is entered.

Completing Dealer Registration
After adding a new user, an email with instructions for completing the registration will be sent to the provided address.
Follow the link in the email to open the registration completion form.
Create and enter a password, then confirm it.
Review the terms & conditions and accept them.
Click the Register button to complete the registration process and gain access to the system.

How a Distributor or Dealer Can Register Users

After completing the fields, click the save icon in the lower-right corner to add the user and send them a registration invitation.
