Contacts
The Contacts section lets you create, view, and manage all call destinations shown in the address book on the entrance panel screen. It includes apartments, offices, and custom call buttons. You can pin selected addresses to the main screen as Favorites and configure display texts and icons for each contact type. Let’s go through it step by step.
Apartments
Apartments are logical contact entries that store resident information, access identifiers, forwarding settings, and route images. You can add up to 10,000 apartments.
To add a new apartment to the device memory:
Log in to the panel web interface. Default username:

.Go to Contacts → Apartments tab.
Click New Apartment and enter the following:
Building No.: 0001–9999;
Unit No.: 00–99;
Floor No.: 00–98;
Apartment No.: 01–99;
Apartment name, for example: Smith’s, Sunset Loft, or Apartment 17;
Number of residents.
Optionally upload:

Click Confirm.
Each saved apartment appears in a table with address, resident count, identifiers, forwarding rules, and action buttons.
Route images
To help guests navigate after unlocking the door, you can upload a visual route to each apartment or elevator. This is an example of the route shown on the display:
The route image can be uploaded for each apartment separately while adding to the device memory. If necessary, you can export images and get an archive with all the images uploaded on the panel.
You can also make an archive of routes for all apartments and import it to the panel by pressing the corresponding button.
Routes import:
The names of the uploaded images must correspond to the full logical address of the apartment, e.g. 1-1-3-30
(building 1, front door 1, floor 3, apartment 30), similar to the entries in the monitor web interface. So, the image name must correspond to the logical addresses of the monitor to which the guests will make calls. The route image with this number, the panel will display when the door is opened.
Data upload requirements:
the size of the uploaded archive should not exceed 1 GB;
the archive format is zip;
the image format is png;
the recommended resolution is 600×1024 (the picture will be displayed on full screen). Images with other resolutions will be automatically resized to 600×1024.
Offices
Offices are business contact entries that appear in the address book on the entrance panel screen. Each office can have a custom name, logo, background, and associated apartments.
To add a new office:
Go to Contacts → Offices tab.
Click New Office and fill in the required fields:
Name — display name of the office (required);
Optional: info field, logo, background image, or call background — shown during calls;
Select text colour or leave as auto.
Switch to the Apartments tab to link any apartments to this office. Use the ➕ icon to add apartments assigned to this office.
Click Confirm.
Each created office appears in a table with edit and delete options.
Favorite contacts
To quickly call selected apartments and offices from the main screen, add them to Favorites. These contacts are pinned to the top of the screen and appear as a horizontal row above the main action buttons like Call, Concierge, and Contacts.
To manage favorites:
Go to Contacts → General settings → Favorites section.
Enable the Favorites toggle.
Use Add apartment or Add office to select contacts.
Use the checkboxes and Delete selected to remove pinned entries.
Click Submit to apply changes.
Address book
To show apartments and offices on the entrance panel screen, activate the address book feature:
Go to Contacts → General settings.
Enable or disable the Use the address book toggle to show or hide apartments and offices on the main screen of a multi-apartment entrance panel.
Click Submit button.
Concierge
You can customize the concierge button that appears on the main screen.
To configure concierge settings:
Go to Contacts → General Settings → Concierge section.
Enter a display label in the String field.
