Press the button with the entrance panel image to go to the Contacts. Here you can add SIP numbers of entrance panels, monitors, and individual devices for quick calls.

How to add a contact in the BAS-IP Intercom app

  1. Open the Contacts tab in the BAS-IP Intercom.

  2. Press the Add contact button at the top of the tab.

  3. Enter required data:

    • name;

    • SIP address (number). The number can be entered in two formats: short (543387) or complete (sip:543387@us.sip.bas-ip.com, where 543387 is the callee SIP number, us.sip.bas-ip.com is the SIP server address). 

  4. Save contact by pressing a tick in the upper right corner. 

Making calls 

By pressing the necessary contact, you can see its details. Also in this tab, you can editor deletethe contact.

After pressing the call button, the following interface will be displayed. Using the buttons in this interface, you can turn on/off the video, microphone, speaker, take a photo of the visitor, go to the keypad, open the door, and end the call.

Icons meaning 

- to switch back/front camera;

- to hold a call; 

- to turn on/off video;

- to turn on/off the microphone;

- to turn on/off speakerphone mode;

- to take a photo; 

- to open a keypad;

- to open the 1st lock;

- to open the 2nd lock (if connected);

- to end a call.

Deletion mode

By pressing the second button in the upper right corner , you will open the photo deletion mode.  

Icons meaning 

- to select contact/s; 

- to delete selected contact/s;

- to exit the deletion mode.
