To open the keypad, press .

Making calls

To make a call, enter the SIP number and press , e.g. 44556 . Your and other SIP number must be registered with the same server, e.g. us.sip.bas-ip.com.

You can also select previously saved contact.

By pressing , you can call a previously indicated (in the settings) concierge number.

During an outgoing call, the following interface is displayed:

Icons meaning

- to turn on/off speakerphone mode;

- to turn on/off the microphone;

- to end a call.

During a conversation, the following interface is displayed. Using the buttons in this interface, you can turn on/off the video, microphone, speaker, take a photo of the visitor, go to the keypad, open the door, and end the call.

Icons meaning

- to switch back/front camera;

- to hold a call;

- to turn on/off video;

- to turn on/off the microphone;

- to turn on/off speakerphone mode;

- to take a photo;

- to open a keypad;

- to open the 1st lock;

- to open the 2nd lock (if connected);

- to end a call.

The button for opening the second lock appears if you set the DTMF lock #2 in the Additional settings tab.
