Registration in the service

BAS-IP SIP service has 3 global regions (Asia, the USA, and Europe) and includes servers for corresponding countries. For correct SIP calls operation, you must register an account at your country server and provide these data for devices and BAS-IP Intercom settings. Residents of apartments and residential complexes can get information about the SIP server on which their account is registered from the management company.

Detailed steps for indoor video entry phone (monitor) and entrance panel settings are given further.

If your devices work through the sip.bas-ip.com server and a concrete country is chosen in the BAS-IP Intercom app (not Custom Domain), you have to reconfigure your devices. Otherwise, you will be unable to receive calls. Check the article for details.
