Call management

Click Call management to open this number forwarding setting. We recommend configuring forwarding in the panel or monitor settings, but this way is an alternative. At the menu, you have access to the following parameters:

  • enable the Never forward calls feature;

  • to turn on forwarding immediately (without waiting for an answer from your primary number) to all indicated in forward to field simultaneously;

  • to turn on the forwarding to other numbers if there is no answer;

  • set period after which the call will be forwarded;

  • select one or several numbers from the list to which the call will be forwarded;

  • select one or several numbers from the list to which the call will be forwarded if the primary number is busy or an error occurs.

Do not forget to save the changes. If you want to return to the previous menu, click To list.
