How to set up multiple cascades of forwarding calls via the Link?

1. Log into your Link server. 

2. Go to the Virtual Numbers section.

3. Create SIP numbers. 

4. Configure SIP settings for your devices and apps and make sure that all of the involved devices have been registered successfully;

5. Log into the panel web-interface and Forward tab.

6. Click New Forward and enter your Apartment Number which consists of the floor and room number. For example, 223 indicates apartment 23 located on the 2nd floor. Entering this number on the panel the forwarding will work.

7. Enter the Forward Number (directions for call forwarding) from the SIP numbers you created in Step 3. The number must be in the following format: sip:virtual number@SIP server address. 

8. Return to the Virtual numbers section in Link server and for the number you entered in Step 7 select Manual settings forward mode.

9. Now you can create call queues. Call queues activate sequentially if there no answer after a specified period of time. Each call queue can contain several SIP numbers including the number for which these forward settings are made. Also, each call queue may be arranged by week days and day hours.

10. Save settings.
