Open the User tab of the User management section.
Click the plus icon in the left low corner.
Enter a user name.
Add a user photo if necessary.
Select the profilefrom created to give the user the required permissions.
Enter the user email to send the registration link.
Enter user phone number if necessary.
If required, select a marker for the user.
If necessary, enter the user address.
Add a user (with the help of the search button) to a corresponding groupor create a new one for this user (with the help of the plus icon).
Select (with the help of the search button) from already added or create access restrictions. After clicking the plus icon you will be redirected to the corresponding tab where it is possible to create restrictions.
Select (with the help of the search button) the identifier/s available for the user.
Set available for user licenses that they purchased (this section is available if you have the can edit user licenses permission assigned to your profile).

In case root groups have limits for SIP numbers and mobile applications, you must consider these limits when assigning licenses to a user. The number of licenses provided to a user cannot exceed the limits set for his root group. |
Usually, users invite other apartment residents via the mobile app. Wait for the user to add their family members which is displayed in the corresponding section of the user entity.

A user added by an administrator is considered as the main. Family members added by the main user are considered sub-users. Family members are automatically added to the main user group. Also, they get the same rights as the one who invited them but cannot invite/remove other users, configure a forwarding queue for an apartment, or subscribe to family members actions. Only the main user has rights to all these features. |

If required, create or apply access restrictions to added family member(s). However, we recommend applying access restrictions to an apartment group instead of each user.

Add all apartment residents to the Link server as described in the previous section.
Be sure that you are adding users to the correct group.
Enable and set 1 mobile application license for each user.
Create identifier(s) for all apartment residents as described here if you skipped it in the 1st step.
If required, or if you skipped it in the 1st step, create or apply access restrictions to all apartment residents. However, we recommend applying access restrictions to an apartment group instead of each user.
