Settings
You can enter the application settings menu by swiping to the right or pressing the burger button in the upper left corner.
In the app settings for the IOS system, you have access to the following options:
Â
auto ending a call when you press the lock open button.Â
opening the lock via Bluetooth (UKEY identifier) when you turn on the smartphone screen and the lock is detected.
setting the Bluetooth sensitivity value (from 100 to 50) that stands for the distance (between a phone and a panel reader) at which the lock opening signal will be transmitted and received. We recommend setting a 75 value, as it helps to open only the lock close enough to a user phone and avoid all detected locks opening (if a high value is set). The lower the value is set, the closer the action radius is.
setting the timeout (from 1 to 10 s) between sending signals to open the lock (via Bluetooth). So, if you open a lock using UKEY, next time you can open the lock after the indicated timeout.
enabling/disabling collapsed banners that change notifications form (they are not full-screen).Â
enabling/disabling the video full-screen option during a call (1st example is video full-screen enabled; in 2nd screen is disabled).
Â
enabling/disabling the sending of early media to send a video before the called user answers, so they can see the media from your camera before answering the call.
enabling/disabling acceptance of early media to receive a video before answering a call, so you can immediately see the media from the caller camera.
In problematic networks, disabling Early Media can sometimes improve the media delivery.
sending logs to the BAS-IP support team in case of system errors and malfunctions, or deleting logs.
Also, in the IOS settings for the app, you can configure the app rights, language or enable/disable CallKit notifications. In addition, you can enable the usage of the most recent version of the Internet Protocol IPv6 and select the preferred SIP transport: default, UDP (good for speed and efficiency), TCP (great for reliable IP packet delivery), or TLS (the best for encryption, authentication, data integrity, and secure SIP trunking).Â
Be aware, that enabled CallKit notifications are required for correct incoming calls functioning and display. If the parameter is disabled, you get a notification as shown on the 2nd screen without the ability to answer the call.Â
In the app settings for the Android system, you have access to such options as:
auto ending a call when you press the lock open button.
opening the lock via Bluetooth when you turn on the smartphone screen and the lock is detected.
enabling/disabling hands-free mode that allows opening the lock via Bluetooth when you turn on the smartphone screen (and the lock is detected).
enabling/disabling showing overlay outside of the app. This feature allows calls and notifications over other apps that you are using or when your phone is blocked (with enabled parameter incoming call on your lock screen looks like the 1st example and 2nd one shows a notification with disabled parameter).Â
