Mode: Choose provisioning settings mode, (Disabled, Software, Configuration or both software and configuration).

DHCP option: Choose preferred DHCP option.

URL: URL of provisioning server.

Time: Set time when handset will send info to provisioning server for checking data.

Day of week: Choose day of week for provisioning data from server.
