Link Cloud in the mobile app

In addition to the web interface, the Link mobile app can be used by the Cloud users with limited functionality.

It is also possible to add a new account either through self-registration or via the invitation.

Registration in the mobile app

To self-register in the app follow these steps:

  1. Open the app and tap New User

  1. There are three Link Cloud servers that correspond to three regions:

    • Europe

    • United States

    • Asia

    To register, use the one corresponding to your country of operation

  1. Make sure to agree to the terms and conditions

  2. Provide your full name

  3. Provide the name of the object; A group with the same name will be created automatically and the user will become its administrator

Dealers should use their company’s actual name to make it easier to identify their businesses by server administrators and support. Private users should use the name of their housing complex. administrative or business entities that will use the system.

  1. Specify the email address, create and confirm the password

  2. Check your email for the confirmation letter sent; confirm the registration either by pasting the confirmation code from the email into the registration form or scanning the QR-code in the letter to log into your new profile from the mobile app

  3. If you register via the invitation, choose the corresponding option in the login screen

  4. Choose the server according to your region

  5. Make sure to agree to the terms and conditions

  6. copy the activation code from the email and paste it into the app, or scan the QR-code from the email

  7. Specify the email address and full name if different from those pre-filled from the invitation, create and confirm your password

Authorization in the mobile app

To log in to the Link Cloud, open the app and press Login. Then do the following:

  1. Pick a server according to your region

  2. Type in the required data: 

  • account email

  • account password

  1. Press Login to confirm and open the server.

If you forgot your password, you can reset it at the login page:

  1. Click Forgot password? and type your email address. A letter will the recovery code will be sent to you, just copy and paste it into the recovery

  2. Set a new password and re-enter it. Press Confirm.

  3. You will be redirected to the Authorization page. Use your new password to log in to your account.

Viewing licenses in the mobile app

The information about the Link Cloud licenses in this particular user account can be found in the parameters under the tab Subscription:

The Plus license offers additional features for the mobile app as well, such as action subscriptions, call forwarding, and viewing the company’s information:

Whenever the Plus license expires, the amount of mobile devices will decrease to the amount that is permitted by the Basic license and the app will show the server error message:
