Profile
Each confirmed user has a personal profile. To access your profile, click the 👤 icon in the upper right corner of the screen. This section displays the user basic data with the possibility of editing:
User name — the unique name used to log in to the system;
Phone — you can add or update the phone number if needed;
Address — the user address can be provided or updated if necessary;
Time format — choose the date format: 2025-04-10;
Timezone — select the timezone;
Dialer virtual number — can be assigned for SIP calls;
Identifier representation — choose between Decimal or HEX numeral system;
Profile photo — upload a profile photo if desired;
Elevator access disabled — set whether elevator access should be disabled based on the user group.
To save any changes, click SAVE.
The profile includes several sections, some of which can be collapsed for better navigation. These sections include:
Groups — configure access to elevators, concierges, and other resources;
Licenses — view and manage available licenses;
Access restrictions — set individual access restrictions based on the user identifiers;
Identifiers — manage identifiers used by the user;
Virtual numbers — manage virtual numbers assigned to the user or related users;
Linked users — view and manage users invited by this user through the mobile application;
Mobile app clients — view active sessions for mobile applications associated with the user.
At the bottom of the profile, you will find options to manage the account:
Change password — update your password if you are unable to remember it or wish to enhance security;
Remove account — permanently delete the account.
Deleting the account is permanent, and all associated data, such as invited users, identifiers, virtual numbers, and messages, will be lost.
