There are two types of licenses available with the Link Cloud:
The Basic license simplifies the access to the most used features for regular users and provides the necessary basic functionality for free to the owner of a BAS-IP device
The Plus license is a subscription package that offers all of the functionality of the platform along with the features provided in the Basic licenses
Each new user receives a one month trial version of the Plus license.
Basic license
Each BAS-IP device includes one basic license, it is free and available for the indefinite period of time. When you register your device in the cloud and add it to your user group, the license will be activated. One basic license package includes two SIP numbers and two installations of the Link mobile app.
Plus license
Plus license includes numerous features not included in the Basic license (see the table below). The pricing of the Plus license package is flexible and should be calculated with the help of our sales managers who will make sure to accommodate the particular requirements you might have for your project:

License management
Licenses settings for users and groups
The licenses available to a user can be found in the user profile:
Also, when viewing/editing the group, you can see what licenses are available to the group and subsequently its members:
The amount of licenses shown in the group is the sum of all licenses from the devices added to the group. Whenever a device is removed from the group, its amount of licenses is deducted from the group amount.
Licenses validity period
Using this feature allows to control the duration of licenses issued to the group and also allows to receive the notifications whenever the license end date is approaching.
