Forward Settings

BI-series panels forward calls only based on button presses.
Forwarding is the primary and only call routing mechanism.

Two forwarding modes are available:

  • all at once — calls all numbers simultaneously

  • one by one — calls numbers sequentially with a 20-second delay

Forwarding supports P2P, SIP, or mixed queues.

How to Make a New Forward Queue

  1. Log in to the panel as admin.

  2. Open Forward → New Forward.

  3. Select the call button for which the queue will be created.

    • BI panels use fixed apartment mapping:

      • floor = 0;

      • apartment = button number (e.g., button 1 → apartment 1).

  4. Enter forward numbers (up to 8): P2P or SIP.

  5. Click Confirm to save.

Full:

Short (if already registered on that server):

☝️ All SIP numbers in one queue must be registered on the same SIP server.
