SOS calls history

This tab helps you track emergency call history, making it essential for reviewing past incidents and responding to emergencies efficiently:

  1. Go to the SOS calls history tab in the Emergency section.

  2. Click + ADD FILTER to refine your search.

  3. Apply filters to search for specific calls:

    • Caller number: the number from which the SOS call was made;

    • Caller user: the user who made the call;

    • Callee number: the number receiving the call;

    • Callee user: the user who received the call;

    • Date: the date of the call;

    • Duration(sec): the total call duration in seconds;

    • Talk duration(sec): the duration of the conversation in seconds;

    • Status: completed or missed calls.

Manage device alerts and review SOS call histories to enable quick decision-making during emergencies.
