Link mobile app
Link is a mobile application designed to manage the features of the BAS-IP Link system. It provides users with an intuitive interface for accessing settings and devices, enabling efficient interaction with the system in both its basic configuration and with advanced features.

Join the system using an invitation sent by your administrator. This registration method is intended for residents of apartment complexes and other users who have been invited to the server.

Licenses
The functionality of licenses in the mobile app is fully aligned with their operation on the web platform. All permissions granted to the user will be accessible in both interfaces, while unavailable features will not be displayed. In this section, we will take a closer look at the visual differences between license types and analyze their features.
License types
Basic per device is issued automatically when a hardware device such as an intercom panel, monitor, or access controller is added to the cloud server. This license grants immediate access to the app with a basic feature set. No manual activation is required.
Basic is a license package issued manually by the finance department or an authorized partner after purchase. It provides access to core features such as mobile application login, virtual numbers, and group call forwarding settings. This license is typically used to enable app access for additional users in a project.
Plus is an extended license package also issued manually. It includes all features from the Basic package and additionally unlocks SIP trunks, softphone support, whitelabeling, remote door opening, elevator control, amenities reservation, guest access, license plate recognition, and integration with Apple Watch and Siri. It also enables group forwarding rules and family events tracking.
Paid license packages such as Basic and Plus are issued through authorized partners. They act as upgrades to the automatically granted Basic per device license and cannot be purchased directly in the app.
For more details on license settings and issuing them via the server interface, see Licenses in the BAS-IP Link.
Basic package features in the mobile app
Once the Basic license is activated and at least one device is added, the app displays the main screen with information about the connected devices and apartment details — including the site name, building, unit, floor, and apartment number.
The bottom navigation provides access to key sections:
Places — to view connected devices: shows a list of devices (e.g., Monitor #1) linked to your apartment. Tap a device to view its current status, access settings, or initiate a call if supported.
Calls — to manage calls: allows switching between incoming and outgoing calls, checking timestamps and device names, watching recorded video (if available), and opening the door directly from the call log when permitted.
User Parameters
The Parameters section provides access to account settings and functions under an active Basic license. It displays user information, including the name and linked email address, as well as the following options:
Identifier — view or modify the UKEY purchased in advance and issued by the site manager.
Face ID — configure quick access to the app using Face ID linked to the app owner. The facial data stays on the device and is never stored on the server.
Change password — change the account password.
Call forwarding — manage the list of numbers to which calls will be forwarded from the intercom panel.
Subscription — view information about the available license.
At the bottom of the screen, the Exit button is available for logging out of the account.
If needed, the account can be deleted by tapping Edit in the top-right corner and following the removal steps.
Plus package features in the mobile app
After activating the Plus license and adding a monitor or other intercom device to the apartment, the main screen of the app displays information about the connected devices. At the top of the screen, apartment details are shown, including the site, building, unit, floor, and apartment number.
Below, a list of devices, such as Monitor #1, is displayed with options to view or manage them via the corresponding icon.
The app navigation is expanded and includes the following bottom tabs:
Places — to view connected devices and remotely open the door without an incoming call.
Passes — to manage guest passes, such as QR codes or temporary access links.
Bookings — to book shared amenities or common resources like meeting rooms or parking.
Calls — to initiate or receive calls, depending on system permissions.
The Plus license significantly enhances functionality, offering additional features directly accessible from the app's main screen.
User Parameters
With an active Plus license, the Parameters section provides enhanced options for managing the profile and app functions:
Identifier — view or modify the UKEY purchased in advance and issued by the site manager.
Face ID — configure quick access to the app using Face ID linked to the app owner. The facial data stays on the device and is never stored on the server.
Family — manage family members by adding users for shared access to app features. Available licenses are required for each added user.
Action subscriptions — configure notifications about system events and actions performed by family members.
Change password — change the account password.
Call forwarding — manage the list of numbers to which calls will be forwarded from the intercom panel.
Subscription — view information about the available license.
About company — view information about the site management company and its services.
The Plus license significantly enhances user capabilities, providing access to family management, event settings, guest passes, and resource booking, making the app suitable for more complex tasks.
Each parameter of the Plus license can be configured individually, allowing it to be enabled or disabled as needed. The display of available features for the user directly depends on the permissions granted and the project settings.
