Video

In the Video tab, you have access to the following sound settings:

The sequence and availability of some parameters depend on your device operating system (IOS or Android).

  • enabling/disabling video during a conversation;

  • enabling/disabling self view: displaying video from your device camera during a call;

  • enabling/disabling video calls initiation/automatically start sending video activation requests to the called device during outgoing calls. If this feature is disabled, the video will not be broadcasted;

  • enabling/disabling all incoming video requests acceptance/automatically accept video activation requests for incoming calls;

  • selection of video preset (video configurations): default, high fps, custom;

  • selection of preffered video size (resolution): 720p (HD), VGS, CIF, QVGA, QCIF;

  • setting of preffered FPS (the number of frames to be changed per sec: 5-30;

  • setting of bandwith limit of video stream (in kbits/s): 0-2048;

  • enabling/disabling video overlay: displaying of video call when other applications are open.  

Codecs 

Here you can select the necessary for operation video codecs: VP8 or H.264.

BAS-IP devices work with H.264 codec by default.
