How to limit users if they have not paid for some features?
Open the User management → User tab.
Find the required user and click the ✏️ Edit button.
In the Licenses block, uncheck all the features that are not allowed for this user, such as:
Core Features: Virtual numbers, Mobile application;
Communication Features: SIP trunks, Group forward rules, Remote door opening, Whitelabel, Integration with Apple Watch, Integration with Siri, Family events;
Access Features: Elevators, Guest access, Amenities reservation, License plates, UKEY2.
In the Profile block, enable the Elevator access disabled checkbox to block elevator use for this user.
Click 💾 Save in the lower-right corner.
Go to the Access management → Identifiers tab, find the entry linked to this user, open its card, click the Actions button in the bottom-right corner, and select Recall to revoke the identifier.
Click 💾 Save in the lower-right corner.
If needed, go to Settings → Licenses tab to manage system-wide licenses and ensure user accounts are properly restricted based on their subscription status.
When the user pays for the subscription, you can enable these options in the same way.
