How to manage amenities and reservations?

🪪 Who can create amenities?

Only Server and Group Administrators. Open Amenities reservation → Amenities tab to configure shared spaces, add images, and upload terms of use.

📅 How do I allow bookings only on certain days?

Define precise Time slots when adding an amenity. You can specify multiple slots across selected days, but avoid overlaps to prevent errors.

🎫 What happens when a user creates a reservation?

A corresponding identifier is generated with access parameters and a QR code. The identifier is shown in Access management → Identifiers tab and linked to the user.

🎛️ How do I manage upcoming bookings?

Open Amenities reservation → Reservations tab. Use the filter panel to narrow results by amenity, status, or user. Use the ✏️ icon to modify, or the key icon to manage the linked identifier.
